By using Yuego you accept these terms. Take a moment to read them — they're short and written to be understood, not to intimidate.
What Yuego is
Yuego is a free, two-player abstract strategy game. You can play locally, against the AI, or online against other players.
Your account
You need an account to play online. You're responsible for keeping your password secret and for anything that happens from your account. Use real details when signing up — an email you actually have access to, in particular, since you'll need it if you ever forget your password.
Acceptable use
We ask for, simply, common sense: don't use bots or automated programs to play on your behalf, don't harass or insult other players, and don't try to exploit system bugs for your own benefit. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that clearly break this.
Service availability
Yuego is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability — it's a personal project, not an enterprise-supported service. We do our best to keep it running well, but there may be occasional maintenance interruptions or unexpected issues.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account whenever you want, permanently, from Preferences — see the privacy policy for details on exactly what gets deleted.
Liability
Yuego is provided free of charge and without commercial intent. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
